Media5 targets Europe with appointment of new sales manager, Francisco Cobian

Sherbrooke, QUEBEC, May 20, 2009 – Media5 Corporation, a leading developer of advanced VoIP products, technologies and services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Francisco Cobian to its Sales team as Sales Manager – Europe.

In this position, Francisco Cobian’s primary responsibilities will be to build, drive, lead and manage customers in Western Europe including the countries of: Portugal, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Benelux and Italy. With that, Media5 is focusing on the business development of these geographical zones, which are major growth markets, especially for its Mediatrix products and the new Media5Boss brand.

After a Telecom Engineering degree at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, Mr. Cobian has worked for the last few years with a variety of industry leaders including SR Telecom, Lucent, Siemens and Oracle, before joining Media5 Corporation.
